Luckily we had in car entertainment on our journey from Sarah's to Granity, Jared has been reading us Ace Frehly's autobiography. He's pretty rock and roll!
We enjoyed a cup of coffee in the sunshine when we arrived at Drifter's
Cafe. After a quick setup we went for a stroll round the beach just over the road.
It was awesome to see some old faces from the past. Rose who I used to go to Queens High with just moved to Granity with her partner Elliot, she also told me she works with another old school mate Jason, who I'll hope we will catch up with next time! Not only that but Sina and Seth and the girls came over the hill from Karamea to surprise us, so we were ready for a great night!

I can't get over how much fern has grown. and how much eliza and fern look alike. drifters was one of my favourite venues - granity rox!
